The digital visiting card for chartered accountants and tax practices.

Compliance work arrives in waves, and every wave brings first-time clients who found you through somebody else. They check one thing before calling: whether the practice looks real. Most of that judgement is made in about ten seconds, on a phone, from whatever page your name leads to.

A finished digital visiting card for chartered accountants, built on Professional Services — the whole page

The moment this is for

Where the current setup breaks.

A client forwards your number to a friend two weeks before a filing deadline. The friend searches your name, finds a listing with the wrong office address and no indication of what you actually handle, and calls the firm with the tidier page instead.

Build it block by block

Start from Professional Services, then fill these in.

  • The practice areas with fees block on Professional Services
Practice areas with feesGST returns, incorporation, audit — each with an indicative fee, because a client is scanning for their own job.
  • Office hoursFeeds the Open now badge.
  • The ask on whatsapp block on Professional Services
Ask on WhatsAppOne route; each service opens the chat with that service named.
  • The location block on Professional Services
LocationFor clients who want to walk in with a file.
First action

Ask on WhatsApp.

Practice areas first, because 'accountant' covers a dozen different jobs and a client is scanning for theirs. Indicative fees on the page turn a vague enquiry into a specific one.

Specific to this work

Professional bodies restrict how practices may advertise.

The ICAI's guidelines in India, and equivalents from the ICAEW, AICPA and CPA Australia, limit solicitation and the language a practice may use about itself. Factual descriptions of services and credentials are generally fine; superlatives and comparative claims are generally not. Read your body's current guidance before you publish, not after.

Straight answer

No document exchange, and nothing here is secure storage.

Clients cannot upload a balance sheet, a PAN card or anything else, and they should not try — document collection belongs in the portal or the secure email you already run, where retention, access control and the client's own consent are handled by a tool built for exactly that. This page introduces the practice. The filing work stays where it is.
