The short version: 14-day no-questions money-back on every new paid subscription. Email hello@pubtact.com and we'll refund it within 5–10 business days.
1. Who's eligible
- First-time subscribers to any paid plan (Pro, Business).
- Within 14 calendar days of the initial charge.
- One refund per customer per plan, lifetime.
2. What's not refundable
- Renewal charges after the 14-day initial window (but you can cancel to stop the next renewal anytime).
- Custom domain registration fees we paid through to a third-party registrar on your behalf.
- One-time services already delivered (e.g. a setup call).
3. How to request a refund
- Email hello@pubtact.com from the address on your account, subject "refund".
- Tell us your account email and (optionally) a reason — purely so we can improve.
- We'll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank settlement may take a few extra days.
4. Cancellation vs refund
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — that stops the next renewal but keeps your plan active until period end. A refund additionally returns the money for the current period.
5. Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback — it's faster and we're friendly. Chargebacks may cause your account to be suspended pending review.
6. Taxes
Refunds include any applicable GST / VAT collected on the original charge.
