The link-in-bio page for tutors, teachers and coaching classes.

Tutoring enquiries come from parents comparing three options in a WhatsApp group. What they want is subject, level, timing and fee — in that order, before they message anybody.

The moment this is for

Where the current setup breaks.

A parent asks the group for a maths tutor. Three names come back with three phone numbers. Two of the tutors answer the same four questions by message over the next two days; the one with a link answers them before the parent has typed anything.

Build it block by block

Start from Community Cloud, then fill these in.

  • Subjects and levelsSubject, board and grade. All three, or a parent asks anyway.
  • Batch timingsDays and times per batch, with seats left if you track them.
  • Enquiry actionThe number parents will message. A form loses this audience.
  • About and qualificationsWhat you studied, and how long you have taught it.
  • Results or approachEither outcomes you can substantiate, or how you teach. Never a vague claim.
First action

Message about a batch.

Subjects and timings above everything, because those two facts eliminate most enquiries before they cost you a conversation. Qualifications after, since parents check them second, not first.

Specific to this work

Timings decide the enquiry more often than fees do.

A parent choosing between tutors is solving a logistics problem: school ends at three, dinner is at eight, and there is one slot in between. A page that publishes batch timings clearly gets contacted by the parents whose slot you can actually fill, which is a smaller and much better set of enquiries.

Straight answer

No enrolment, no fee collection, no attendance.

Nobody joins a batch on this page and no money moves through it. If you run enough batches for that to hurt, a tuition management tool is the honest next purchase.
