The digital visiting card for insurance agents and advisers.

Insurance is a referral trade with a very long tail. Somebody you met four years ago rings when their circumstances change, and the only thing that has to have survived is the way to reach you.

A finished digital visiting card for insurance agents, built on Letterpress — the whole page

The moment this is for

Where the current setup breaks.

A client's daughter is buying her first flat and needs cover. The client digs out your card from a drawer, finds a number that belongs to your old agency, and calls the bank instead.

Build it block by block

Start from Letterpress, then fill these in.

  • The profile block on Letterpress
ProfileYour name, the insurers you are appointed by, and how long you have practised.
  • The call and whatsapp actions block on Letterpress
Call and WhatsApp actionsBoth: renewals arrive as messages, claims arrive as calls.
  • Products placedMotor, health, term, marine — the lines you actually write.
  • Licence and agency detailsLicence number and validity, and the principal you represent.
  • Save to contactsThe button that matters most here. This card is a five-year address-book entry.
First action

Save to contacts.

The save is the action that matters, because the value of this card is measured in years rather than clicks, and Letterpress makes it the centrepiece: a wax seal with your initials that stamps onto the page. Products listed plainly so a referral knows before ringing whether you handle their situation.

Specific to this work

Regulators restrict what an intermediary may say about products.

IRDAI in India, the FCA in the UK and state insurance departments in the US all constrain how an agent may describe cover, returns and comparisons. Naming the products you place is factual and generally fine; implying a guaranteed outcome is not. If you are appointed by one insurer, saying so is usually required rather than optional.

Straight answer

No quotes, no policy servicing, no claims tracking.

Nothing here prices a policy or looks one up. Quotes come from the insurer's system and servicing from wherever it lives today. This page exists so the person holding your card can reach the current you.
